Refunds & cancellation.
Last updated 31 October 2026
In short
- Nothing renews on its own, so there’s nothing to cancel.
- Changed your mind? Ask within 7 days of paying for a full refund.
- Charged twice or the plan didn’t switch on? Always refunded.
- Free trials take no card, so nothing is charged.
- Refunds go back the way you paid, usually in 5 to 7 working days.
Short version: nothing renews on its own, so there’s nothing to cancel, and if you change your mind within 7 days of paying, we refund you in full.
Cancelling
Plans don’t renew automatically. One payment covers one month or one year; when it ends, your page moves to Free. Nothing is deleted, and paid extras come back if you pay again.
Refunds
- Within 7 days of paying: ask for any reason and we refund the full amount.
- Charged twice, or the plan didn’t switch on: always refunded, whenever you tell us.
- After 7 days: we don’t refund the rest of a period, but write to us if something went wrong and we’ll look at it.
How to ask
Use Help & feedback in your dashboard, or email support@dznir.com from your account’s email with the payment ID from your receipt. We reply within 2 working days. Refunds go back to the way you paid, and banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show them.
Free trials
A free trial takes no card and nothing is charged, so there’s nothing to cancel or refund. When it ends, your page moves back to Free. If the trial offer has an end date, a trial you started before it still runs its full days.
Refer and earn
If a payment is refunded, the referrer’s share that came with it is cancelled. That’s why shares wait 7 days after a payment.
Switching plans
Moving up to a bigger plan starts it straight away; the days left on your old plan aren’t refunded automatically. Ask within 7 days and we’ll sort it out. A smaller plan can start once the bigger one you’ve paid for ends.
Delivery
dznir is an online service: your plan is active the moment your payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped.
